SHIPPING POLICY- ONLINE ORDERS
Shipping is free for all orders over $40.00, however please note a shipping fee of $10 applies to any orders with a total value under $40.
Orders are dispatched within 48 hours of receipt or the next working day (unless otherwise advised)
Please allow 7-10 business days in metropolitan areas and 10-15 days in regional areas for delivery. We use Australia Post or Toll Ipec for our shipping and delivery. If you do not receive your parcel after seven working days, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will contact you as soon as possible.
If there is an item missing in your order or you have received an incorrect item, please contact us at email@example.com and we will contact you as soon as possible.
Please note parcels can only be delivered if someone is present to accept delivery or you have instructed to leave the parcel in a designated safe place. In the first example, If you are not there to receive your parcel then it will be taken to the nearest Australia Post or Toll Depot. There may be a delivery fee applied for it to be redelivered Tucker’s Natural takes no responsibility if the parcel is stolen or missing from the designated safe place.
All transactions are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
All product is supplied in cartons.

Pay using your preferred credit card or debit card as detailed on the shop.
Tucker's Natural will only accept claims made within 7 days of delivery on all damaged goods. Please open and inspect all goods on receipt of order.
Claims will only be valid for damaged goods if both the external and internal pack(s) are damaged to the point of non-consumption.
Claims for issues relating to quality of product are considered serious in nature and will require the full retention of the product, best before and other pack information.
Claims for quality will only be accepted within 14 days from delivery.
Retention of product and photographic evidence is required to validate any claim, and stock is to be retained until authorisation to dispose or return/be collected. Claims are to be made by email firstname.lastname@example.org
We will not be responsible for goods delivered to the incorrect address or stolen from the address provided.
PO Boxes cannot be used as a delivery address.
Customer will bear the cost of any re-delivery fee incurred for not being available to accept goods when delivered.
Please note: it is very important that when you return an item, we know the order number it relates to and your order details. Please also state the reason for return.
CONDITIONS OF CLAIMS
A request for return must be made within 7 days of delivery
Goods acceptable to claim are:
- Items that are already damaged on delivery
- Items that were not ordered
- Items that have a quality issue
- Orders not received within a reasonable* time
We will not accept claims when:
- Purchaser changes their mind
- Purchaser receives order placed, on back order that purchaser had forgotten about
- Damage is caused by the purchaser in their possession
- We receive items back in further damaged condition to that of the original complaint
- The product has been substituted and/or isn't the product originally supplied
We will assess each return once received back at head office before issuing a credit. If a credit is not to be issued because it is not a legitimate claim, we will notify the customer.
International orders can be placed via our online shop and delivery costs will be calculated based on dimensions and weight.
