Where can I buy Tucker’s Natural products?

On our online store, right here on our website. Also, in Coles and Woolworths nationally (selected lines) and many independent grocers across Australia.


Who do we sell to?

We have a large range of products that we sell to leading supermarkets, gourmet stores and food service outlets throughout Australia. We also produce under private label and contract manufacture.


What countries does Tucker’s Natural export to?

We sell to importers and distributors in Malaysia, Japan, China, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, Singapore, UAE, USA


What is the shelf life of our products?

All our products have a best before date printed on the label. Most of our crackers have 12 months shelf life from the date of manufacture.


Do you use additives?

We never use artificial colours or preservatives. We do add natural products such as Inulin (a prebiotic fibre), from chicory root fibre or citrus fibre to increase the fibre content of some of our crackers. Tucker’s Natural prides itself on using only natural ingredients, sourced locally (where possible) that are yeast, soy, trans fat and MSG free and non-GMO.


Do you use Palm Oil?

No. We primarily use rice bran oil, olive oil and some canola oil. All non-GMO. We also use Australian or New Zealand butter.


Is it a family business?

Tucker’s Natural is a South Australian family business founded by Sam and Cindy Tucker in 2007 on the philosophy of producing snacks which were better for you to match their healthy lifestyle. With 3 young teenage boys who are very active, healthy eating is a priority for Sam and Cindy.


Where do we source our ingredients?

Sam is a very proud South Australian and is an active member in FoodSA. He likes to support his local community in South Australia where he can, but also the wider Australian community. It is only when an ingredient cannot be sourced in Australia for manufacturing that international ingredients are considered.


Where can you deliver?

We deliver Australia-wide. A special note for Tucker’s Natural fans outside of Australia – unfortunately due to varying customs laws we cannot offer our products for international delivery. You can of course send a package to an Australian address if you are living outside of Australia and we will simply email the receipt to you once you have ordered.


Can you deliver to multiple addresses?

Yes, but you’ll need to place a separate order for each delivery address. Need help then please email sales@tuckersnatural.com.au
Please also note that FREE shipping within Australia is only available to orders over $40.


How long are the best before dates on products delivered?

In general, the products you buy online will have a shelf life of at least 3 months when stored properly. Sometimes we reduce prices on products that have a shorter best-before date than usual.


Can I return product I purchased from the online shop that is damaged?

Tucker's Natural will only accept claims made within 7 days of delivery on all damaged goods. Please open and inspect all goods on receipt of order. Claims will only be valid for damaged goods if both the external and internal pack(s) are damaged to the point of non-consumption.
We will not be responsible for goods delivered to incorrect address or stolen from address provided.
