Tiramisu with Tucker's Natural Chocolate Dessert Biscuits. This dish is ideal for a buffet - use a chocolate biscuit as a scoop!
In a bowl, beat together the mascarpone cheese and icing sugar until creamy.
Lightly whip the cream to soft peaks and then fold this into the mascarpone mixture.
In another bowl, mix together the cold coffee and marsala. Snap each of the Savoiardi biscuits in half, dip eight pieces into the coffee mixture and place two biscuits in each of four serving glasses (something like a latte glass will be perfect). Add a few shavings of chocolate on top.
Place the cream mixture in a piping bag and pipe a layer on top of the biscuits in each glass. Repeat with two more layers of dipped biscuits, cream and chocolate, finishing with a layer of cream and a garnish of shaved chocolate.
