Hot Smoked Salmon Rilletes
  • 400g Hot Smoked Salmon
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup crème fraiche or sour cream, whisked until thick
  • 1 tsp baby capers, chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped, plus extra fronds for garnish
  • 1 tbsp chives, finely sliced
  • Tucker's Natural Poppy Seed Gourmet Crackers, to serve

Hot Smoked Salmon Rilletes

Hot smoked salmon meets fresh dill and baby capers to create an indulgent spread ideal for entertaining.


 Mix crème fraiche, lemon juice, herbs and capers.

Flake the salmon flesh (discarding skin) and stir through.

Season well and refrigerate until required.

Serve garnished with dill fronds alongside Tucker’s Natural Poppy Seed Gourmet Crackers.
