At Tucker’s Natural we are committed to bringing you all natural, quality products. We don’t like preservatives, so we leave them out. We don’t like artificial colours and flavours or genetically modified ingredients, so we leave them out too. Like you, we want to eat real food and we select every ingredient in our recipes for the best health and benefits possible.
We try to meet the criteria set for official healthy eating programs in schools and through various health-related organisations but, because these are not the same from state to state, we decided to help keep things clear by setting out here what we do to make our recipes as healthy as we can. You will also find a full list of ingredients on every product page on our website and if you have questions about anything, you can email us at email@example.com anytime.
In a nutshell, our healthy eating criteria are:
- No preservatives
- No artificial ingredients
- No artificial flavourings
- No genetically modified ingredients
- Yeast, soy and MSG free
- No trans fats
- Suitable for vegetarians
- We keep the fibre content as high as we can and we use a mix of natural complex soluble and insoluble fibre
- We keep the salt, sugar and saturated fat content as low as we possibly can
- We keep the calorie content as low as we can without sacrificing flavour, texture and a great eating experience
Of course, recipes can vary between individual product flavours across ranges, and sometimes you won’t see us saying ‘low fat’ or ‘low sugar’ if we are talking about a whole range of products. That doesn’t mean individual flavours aren’t low fat or low sugar according to regulatory guidelines. It just means perhaps one flavour in the range is slightly higher so, in the interests of being as clear as we can, we don’t make a generic claim. If you check the ingredients list on individual flavours, you will be able to see if they are within the low fat or low sugar guidelines.
Tucker’s Natural Multifibre Snacks
Our award-winning Multifibre Snacks come in six flavours: Quinoa, Chilli, Caramelised Onion & Cheddar, Capsicum & Feta, Tomato & Basil, and Rosemary & Rock Salt. They are all free of cholesterol and trans-fats, with less than 1g of saturated fat. And they are super-high in fibre, just 25g delivers up to 17% of your daily recommended intake of complex soluble and insoluble fibre. Your digestive system will love you and so will your taste buds, so give them a try as a snack to keep your energy levels up, with some fresh veggies and salsa for a convenient office lunch or crumbled over a salad to add crunch and flavor.

Tucker’s Natural Wholegrain Bites
New to our range in 2013 but already award winners too, our Wholegrain Bites are designed to keep the whole family happy with an easy snack or to share with friends. Wholegrain flour, real flavours and super grains such as chia, green wheat freekeh and linseed are our secret.
Tucker’s Natural Tiny Dippers
If you or the kids are on the go (and who isn’t?) then our Tiny Dippers may be just what you need. These single-serve packs contain our subtly nutty, high fibre quinoa crackers plus one serve of tangy dip, made from real Australian fruit and veggies. Try them with corn dip or zesty tomato salsa. And watch out for new flavour dip combinations coming soon, including Caramelised Onion, Sweet & Spicy Salsa and Green Tomato Salsa.
Tucker’s Natural Snack Bites
Developed to help retain energy levels without resorting to the ‘sometimes’ foods, Snack Bites are a perfectly portioned fibre-rich snack packed with real flavour you can see and taste in every bite. They are all MSG, soy, GMO and yeast free, with each flavour approved as an ‘Everyday Smart Snack’, which makes them an easy lunchbox option for the whole family.
A word about our other products
Ok, you say, but a biscuit is a biscuit is a biscuit. True. Strictly speaking, our Gourmet Crackers, Dessert Biscuits and Gourmet Bites are not as healthy as offering everyone a stick of raw carrot, we agree. But they are as low in sugar, fat and salt as we can make them and they are made from all natural ingredients. That’s why they pop up in supermarket apps such as BUPA’s Switch as a healthier alternative to ordinary rice crackers, dry biscuits and sweet biscuits too. Which makes them even better for those occasions when you need a treat or want to treat someone you love, but you want to choose a cracker or biscuit that won’t bite you back too hard.
