Ingredients
  • 1 bunch flat leaf parsley
  • 1/2 bunch basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic, crushed
  • 1 Tablespoon capers
  • 1 anchovy
  • 150g feta
  • 30ml lemon juice
  • 100ml olive oil
  • salt and pepper, to season

Salsa Verde

Make the most of delicious fresh herbs with this lively salsa verde! Perfect with our wholegrain Supergrain Bites.

Method

Place all ingredients in a food processor, adding the feta last.

Blend until well combined.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.
