Start the party with a Pear, Lemon & Thyme Fizz!
Combine pear juice, vodka, pear, lemon and thyme in a jug.
Refrigerate for at least two hours to allow flavours to infuse.
Strain and pour evenly between six chilled champagne flutes and top glasses with sparkling wine.
Garnish with thyme sprig.
